In many cases, you can install directly over existing surfaces, eliminating demolition time entirely.
Do copper showers turn green?
For indoor copper showers, the copper develops a beautiful antique patina over time with warm brown and bronze tones - not green. The green patina (verdigris) only forms on outdoor copper exposed to weather and moisture. Our interior shower kits develop an elegant, protective patina that enhances the copper's natural beauty and character.
However, you have complete control over the appearance. You can choose pre-patinated finishes (light, medium, heavy, or rust) when ordering, or keep your copper shower polished to maintain its bright, shiny appearance. The entire enclosure can be easily removed and polished with copper cleaner at any time to restore the original look, then reinstalled.

How do I clean and maintain my copper shower?
Yes! Your copper shower kit is easy to maintain. First, its antimicrobial which means bacteria can not grow on it. The entire enclosure can be removed at any time. Use a copper cleaner to polish the panels back to their original shine, then simply reinstall. If you just want to get water spots/finger prints off of the walls, use warm soapy water with a soft cloth to remove that. Nothing abrasive! This flexibility makes copper showers incredibly easy to care for compared to permanent tile installations.
What is your shipping and return policy for copper shower kits?
Shipping: After purchasing your copper shower kit, you'll receive an order confirmation email. Our current lead time is typically 4 weeks from purchase. Your kit will be carefully crated, insured, and shipped directly to you.
Upon delivery, please inspect all boxes for damage. While we package carefully, notify the carrier immediately of any box damage for smooth claim resolution. All shipments are fully insured.
Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of shipment for unused copper shower kits in new condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Please repackage carefully in original crating and consider insuring the return shipment. We cannot issue refunds for items damaged during return transit.
