At The Copper Shower Company, many of our products are custom and made-to-order. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product. We will work quickly to resolve the issue through replacement or repair.
To start a return, email us at cori@coppershowers.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will respond within 1 business day with next steps.
If a return is approved, our team will provide return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production may have begun and cancellations may not be possible.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
