Want us to Patina your Copper Shower Kit?
All of our Patinas are hand done, no two panels are alike. When we do patinas for a kit we do all the panels and trim together at the same time so everything will be as consistent as possible but again, no two panels will ever be the same.
Patinas are available in Light, Medium Roll, Medium Brush, Heavy and Rust for an additional $4 p/sf of finished shower size. If you would like to do this you will need to contact us to make a custom order.
Can we polish our Copper Shower Kit?
Yes! At anytime the entire enclosure can easily be removed. Using a copper cleaner you can polish the copper to make it look new again and simply reinstall it.
What is your shipping and return policy?
After the purchase of one of our showers you will receive a confirmation order email. At that point we will begin processing your order, our current lead time is approximately 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase. Once the order is processed and shipped, your responsibility starts at the receipt of your Copper Shower Kit delivery. We require all boxes to be inspected upon arrival. All of our Copper Shower Kits are crated and shipped at great expense therefor we insure every package. There is always risk with shipping large heavy parcels and damage to the copper can happen if mishandled during shipping. If you see any damage to your boxes, you must let the carrier know right away at the time you receive the shipment. If there is any damage to the copper that is not reported right away to the carrier, an insurance claim cannot be filed and you accept responsibility for any damage. In that case, a return will not be allowed, so please, be sure to inspect your boxes!
If you decide you want to return the Copper Shower Kit it will have to be done within 30 days of shipment, in NEW condition and at your expense . If the copper is returned to us bent or damaged due to shipping, we will not be able to credit your return, so please be sure to crate everything properly and insure your return shipment.
